Warranty Policy
What the manufacturer warranty covers, and what it excludes.
Coverage
Diesel Generators are covered by the respective OEM warranty (Ashok Leyland / Eicher–TMTL). RO plant spare parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty applicable to each component.
Exclusions
No warranty on plastic parts or rubber components. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Customers must retain the original invoice and warranty documents.
