Order processing
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Heavy machinery requiring custom configuration may require additional processing time.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location within Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Thoothukudi, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, Virudhunagar, and Ramanathapuram.
Shipping charges
Calculated based on delivery location and equipment weight.
Unloading
Customers must arrange cranes, hydras, forklifts, manpower, or other equipment for unloading heavy machinery.
